My name is Rose and I am an aspiring Romance author. Currently writing a six book Historical Romance series called Royal Romance, based on the daughters of King George III.
I am from the UK. I am a wife and a mother and apparently a bit of an 18th century nerd!
Fact number 1 - I spent 12 years working in IT. First company, I was second line IT support. Second company, I was part of the Helpdesk team.
Fact number 2 - I used to be a Twitch streamer. I have mostly stopped now, but I belong to a couple of gaming communities, and I create content for a small gaming group on YouTube, where I upload videos of the group's silly antics. It's great fun and I can explore my creativity in other ways than just writing.
Fact number 3 - Scraping the barrel here... Okay, how about this? I was once, and I kid you not, chased around a swimming pool by a snake. A baby snake, mind you, but it was eyeing me up for a quick chomp.
